At CalaSol, our approach to sales is simple and transparent.

The CalaSol Sales Team welcomes broker collaboration and values your participation. We understand how important your client relationships are, and we appreciate the confidence you place in us when introducing your clients to our community.

As a Cooperating Broker, you are invited to register you and your clients with our team to ensure full recognition and protection within the CalaSol Prospect Database.

Once registered, you Will also gain access to all official CalaSol documentation, approved images, videos, and marketing materials designed to support your sales efforts.

COMMISIONS THAT WORK FOR YOU

We View Cooperating Brokers and Agents as essential partners in our success and are pleased to offer a 5% commission (VAT included) for every properly registered client who completes their purchase at CalaSol.

When a client you have registered as a Cooperating Broker proceeds to close on a CalaSol property, you Will receive five percent (5%) of the net commissionable purchase price (VAT included), as specified in the Purchase and Sale Agreement (“Broker’s Commission”).

All commissions are paid upon the successful closing of the transaction and are processed in accordance with CalaSol — Cooperating Broker Program & Client Registration Terms and Conditions.

REGISTRATION & ACCESS

To access all official CalaSol materials, including approved images, videos, documents, and marketing resources, please complete your registration as Cooperating Broker.

Once registered, you will have access to the CalaSol information suite and receive ongoing project updates designed to support you, your clients, and your business.
